Youth for Christ (YFC) aims to evangelise youth from ages thirteen (13) to twenty-one (21).

The ministry moulds a generation of young, passionate, convicted and Christ-centred young people, reaching out to the youth in every community, campus and school. YFC develops strategies in evangelisation and establishes programs relevant to the changing times, meant to deepen the youths relationship with the bigger church.

YFC has members from around the Wellington Region (Tawa / Titahi Bay, Johnsonville / Newlands, Wellington Central and Hutt Valley) The way Youth for Christ works is that there is an entry camp held annually then each youth is placed in a small household. In our households, we meet at least one a month with a different topic. We also have Chapter Prayer Assemblies or themed events that brings all the households throughout the chapter together twice a month. Biannually, there is a National Conference that brings together different "Youth for Christ" chapters from different parts of the country. (Wellington, Christchurch, New Plymouth, North Shore, and more.) Opportunities to travel overseas on mission trips and conferences are possible.
